Hunting at T’s Farm is designed as non-guided, private land access during Florida’s designated hunting seasons. Guests reserve access in advance and are able to hunt designated areas of the property in a safe, structured environment.
This experience is best suited for hunters who are comfortable operating independently and understand state regulations and safety practices.
Requirements & Rules
Valid Florida hunting license required
Ages 18+ to hunt
Non-guided experience (hunters must be self-sufficient)
All state and local hunting regulations must be followed
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Safety practices and respectful conduct are strictly enforced across the property

Sarah was an incredibly responsive host and we were so excited to be her first guests through LandTrust. My 6yo daughter, Ruby, and I had a fantastic trip out there. Frank who manages her land is amazing. He showed us around the whole property and helped us understand which blinds and stands would be most productive during the day. He also showed my Ruby around the chicken coops which she loved. We fished the ponds during the day and caught a handful of good bass.
Overall a fantastic trip. We did also harvest a deer and had opportunities at more. Frank even helped us skin out our deer which was very helpful. Another really useful thing that we did not leverage the first day is they have a shooting range with steel set up at 50 and 100 yards that you can set in your rifles. We plan to bring our kids back here again and again. Thanks Frank and Sarah!
